Vampires and other spooky creatures

 "Big Pumpkin" was a day full of spooky creatures.  The children made toilet paper roll vampires:

Bats

  In October we've been following a fun Halloween theme.  Children love Halloween so why not celebrate it all month long?  We started the month with "Stellaluna" and made wonderful brown bat puppets. 

Dinosaurs

Another fun day during September was:

We watercolored a Raptor going to bed.  Colored a picture of a Brontosaurus.  Played with miniature dinosaurs.

Wild Things

I'm working on catching up!  One on my favorite classes thus far was our Where the Wild Things Are class.  We made these super fun masks and then had our own "wild rumpus."

The Very Hungry Caterpillar

Today was the first day of Tots Heart Art.  It was a little wild because I combined my Monday and Tuesday classes.  There were NINE kiddos but we had a great time!  We read this:
